Jul 30, 2020     6W6 - Rear Ribs - (3 hours)       Category: Wings
Separated and marked Rear Ribs.

Cut off left wing flange of long rib angle 6w3-9 as stated in 6-LRO-1. Will do right wing next time. Started cutting with Olfa. Too wavy, so used coarse cutting blade of Dremel using angle adapter (image 1). Not too clean so i'll pick up a new Dremel cutting blade tomorrow or Saturday. Used file and the angle sander to smooth out the cut flange. Cutting this flange off allows for the extended fuel tank size.

New Tekton 1/4" inch lb torque wrench arrived today (image 2). Looking forward to trying it.

Cut out L angle stiffeners for all wing ribs.

Drilled 6W7-1 Rear Channel Doubler for both sides.
